Service Policies
PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BELOW:
- DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS POLICY: Please understand that there will be a non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment time & date. The deposit will be 50% of the appointment cost. The remaining balance must be brought in CASH or it will be charged to the card on file.
- LATE POLICY: I wish to give all clients a fair time courtesy. There is a 15 minute grace period if you're running late, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled & you will have to reschedule.
- RESCHEDULING POLICY: In the event you want to reschedule, you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment for the deposit to be applied to your next visit. If you do not reschedule within the 24 hour time frame you are forfeiting your deposit & will have to book again.
- CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOW POLICY: We ask that if you do need to cancel, please let us know within 24 hours. Same day cancellations & no call, no shows will be charged a $50 same day cancellation fee. If you act as an no call no show continuously you will be blocked from booking permanently.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
- Clients must agree to follow aftercare instructions.
- Clients agree to disclose accurate medical information.
- No extra guest allowed into your appointment with you.
- ALL services & products are final.
FACIAL CONTRAINDICATIONS: Please DO NOT book if any of the following apply:
- You've gotten Fillers or Botox within the last 14 days.
- Use of prescription Retin-A within the last 7-10 days.
- Use of prescription Accutane within the last 6-9 months.
